Change of mind returns

Ahhhh thats a shame, but we understand that sometimes today is a different vibe than it was yesterday! We support you and accept returns of unused products within 30 days of purchase.

Unless its a health or personal item..sorry we can not refund. Enjoy that soap babe its yours for keeps ;)

Refund for the shipping/postage of my return?
We totally offer return labels when necessary if the product is faulty, arrived damaged or incorrect from what you ordered. If however your return isn't one of those reasons, you will be responsible for all return and shipping costs and this is non- refundable. Good advice would be to get a tracking number or purchase shipping insurance as we cant guarantee that we will receive your returned item ( shame on the postie ) If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will not be included in the refund.

 

How does your refund process work?

If a refund is applicable, once your return has been returned to us and checked out we will email you and let you know the item has been received and whether a refund will be granted or not.

If its a go ahead the a refund will be processed and a credit applied to your same method of payment within a few days.

If the item has obvious signs of use, not in the original condition or damaged not due to our error we will contact you. Gift cards are non refundable.
